When you use the Hire or Join forms, we may collect:
- Contact details: name, email, country or city
- For companies: company name and optional business or tax ID
- Project information: role needed, budget band, start timing, project description
- For freelancers: skills, experience band, expected rate, BIR status, portfolio link
- Technical metadata from form providers (e.g. IP address, timestamp) used for spam control
We do not ask for government ID scans, payment card numbers, or bank credentials on this marketing site.
3. Why we use your data
- To respond to Hire requests and prepare a candidate shortlist
- To evaluate Join applications and run vetting
- To keep records of matching conversations and, later, milestone payment instructions
- To improve the site and prevent abuse
4. Sharing
We may share relevant details with:
- Prospective developers or clients, only as needed to evaluate a match (and with your knowledge in the normal shortlist process)
- Form and email providers that process submissions on our behalf (e.g. Formspree or similar)

5. Retention
Lead and application records are kept as long as needed to run matching and for reasonable business, tax and dispute records — typically up to several years for closed engagements. You may ask us to delete unused leads where we have no ongoing relationship or legal duty to retain them.
6. International transfers
Clients and infrastructure may be outside the Philippines. By submitting a form you understand your data may be processed in other countries by our service providers under their safeguards.
7. Your choices
Contact us using the email you configure for this site to request access, correction or deletion of form data we hold, subject to legal exceptions. Do not send passwords or full card numbers by email.
8. Children
This site is for adults engaging professional services. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
